I went to Takezono Hihuka Iin and it was great. They have the forms in English and the doctor spoke good English and was friendly (in a no-nonsense "we're gonna cure you right now" kind of way).

I have been Takezono dermatology clinic(竹園皮膚科医院). I think it is good clinic, but the doctor is an old woman, and her medical treatment is a kind of old style.
I heard your husband is Japanese, so I recommend Kawagoe dermatology clinic（川越皮膚科クリニック） in Takezono. As it is very popular clinic, you might wait for a long time.I have been there, too. In the morning, I got an appointment ticket to see a doctor at Kawagoe clinic, and the desk's person told me it would be about 4hours later. So I went back to my apartment, and went there again at the time. Though I wait for a while, finally I saw the doctor. She is very nice, but it takes time.
I hope your skin trouble will disappear soon.
My medical meeting is over. I really appreciate your willingness to help, Kumi-san. However I rather thought about a cosmetic help - a place where professionals help by cosmetics, by special cosmetic techniques. In my country when we have a problem with skin, we take a double help - from doctors in clinics and from professionals in beauty salons. (I'm sorry, I can't explain better. However thank you very much for your elapsed time.)
