Matsuri Tsukuba (まつりつくば) 2010

Matsuri Tsukuba is going to be held on August 28 (Sat) 15:00~21:00 and 29 (Sun) 13:00~20:00.

You can see Nebuta that is the a huge paper lantern in the shape of a man. The Nebuta lantern was made in Aomori and carried to Tsukuba. Aomori is located the north part in Japan and is famous for Nebuta Festival. You can enjoy seeing beautiful, dynamic Nebuta and dance, also good street food.
Parade Time : August 28(Sat) 15:00~21:00, 29 (Sun) 13:00~20:00 on the Tsuchiura Gakuen street (土浦学園通り). Festival Map(2009 ver. )←click the color place in the map
