My favorite shop is KALDI. They sell imported foods, not only coffee, but snack, tea, alcohol, seasoning..etc. I love looking around, and I usually buy unique sweets from many countries.
KALDI is in iias shopping mall, and in AEON tsuchiura shopping mall.

Yea!!! You`re posting again! I missed your posts. For summer vacation we went to some of the parks you mentioned. Thanks sooo much. I don`t think you realize how just a little bit of info can go a long way. Keep it up.
From just another observer in Tsukuba/Tsuchiura.
Thank you Mia!
I will start to write something small that makes me happy. The best things for me are delicious food and children's smile.
I "love" iias! This is absolutely no.1 in our area. I'm not a shopaholic, but the offer is very diverse, so the time spent there is always effective - it's great for me, I don't like to waste time in vain. It's really nice to see iias here, on your site.
Oh, Blogger made mistake, my previous comment should be lower :) But nevermind.
Kaldi is ok. There is an European food in this shop, so I'm glad. My Japanese husband likes shopping there also.
Dear Kumi-san. I'm Polish and I know only 1 shop with Polish food in Tsukuba, its name is Yamada. Is there more such shops in your city?
Hi, N san!
I had a friend who came from Poland. She complained she want to buy sour cream, but usual supermarkets don't sell it. I only know KALDI, YAMAYA, and Bonne Sante in LALA garden.
I will search more international shops.
Sour cream... yeah, it's my dream also.
For know - thank you very much for the information about Bonne Sante! I know where the Lala Garden is, so next time will visit this place.
Have a good day too :)
