Shoji clinic in Yatabe is quite good. I have heard that Keiko^sensei is one of the best, if not the best, pediatricians out here in Tsukuba. She speaks English well. (her husband is the obstetrician there and also speaks fluent English)
Ochi clinic is another clinic for children, however, I am not sure if he is able to speak in English or not. It is said that he is quite friendly. I will be going there in a few months so I will let you know about it!
