Tofu Salad (豆腐サラダ）
Ingredients: ( for 2~3 people )
mizuna 1/2 bunch
1. Cut siso and cucumber into thin pieces.
2. Cut mizuna in 3cm, and put it on the plate. Put tofu on it.
3. Cover tofu with siso and cucumber, then put shrimps.
4. Put dressing on salad.
Sesame Oil 1/2 table spn
Yuzupon 2 table spn ( Ajipon-yellow label is also O.K.)
